CAG members´ group video call - December 2021

On December 27, 2021 CAG convened the first group video call. All CAG members participated in this call. The CAG members discussed enthusiastically various issues, both internal as well as intended business development activities in 2022, and approved an updated strategy for the year 2022 including regular publication of articles under a newly created web section „Did You Know…“ in which members shall publish comparisons of various legal issues in different states. The first legal comparison was published about a real estate transfer tax in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden and Turkey. The next comparison in the section “Did You Know..” will be published in January 2022 and will deal with sanctions for failure to register the so-called beneficial owners of commercial corporations. The next group video call of CAG members will be carried out in January 2022 and will be convened by Osman Efe Eren, attorney-at-law from Turkey.
